The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were in good condition and came with all the basic amenities one would expect, including air conditioning and a shower. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep, which was much needed after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was far away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. This meant that we could enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere during our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered good value for money compared to other options in the area.
Our experience at this hotel was great and there was not much to complain about.

The staff are friendly and nice. The people/persons in charge of cleaning of the room are trustworthy because on our first day of stay, I forgot my jewellries (diamond ring and necklace). I was so nervous when I remembered about it when we were at the mall. Luckily when we returned, it was still in the bathrom exactly where I left the jewellries. They cleaned the room and bathroom but they were not tempted to get my jewellries. Kudos to all the staff of Santa Grand Hotel West Coast! :-)

Nice friendly staff. Be sure to have a copy of your booking, as they had no record of the booking. Breakfast was simple, but ok. Hard boiled eggs, and toast or muffins, cereals, cofffe, juice tea etc. 12 channels on the tv. mini fridge, and complimentry water. The stay was pleasant and the rooms were quiet. A/C worked great. Booked for 5 nights, checked out after 4 as plans changed, and they were going to charge me for the last day...early checkout penalty...but was able to get the fee waived though Booked.net. The place was fully booked so i am sure that was why they waived the charge. I would definately stay there again.
The rooms are incredibly small. There is about 1/2 metre of space around the bed to the walls. Laughably small,

It was great value for money. It was a small one with an AC, a fridge, a good TV with a lot of channels and free wireless Internet. I used the Internet quite a bit and speeds were good. The TV had English channels such as HBO and it was a nice way of keeping myself occupied. Besides, it was really close to the NUS campus and there was complimentary breakfast and the staff helped me out by allowing an early check in for 30 SGD extra and giving me breakfast even on the fourth day of my stay.
The room had no windows.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, although far away from the city center, is convenient with a bus stop and 7-eleven shop nearby. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a queen bed and all the necessary toiletries, are in good condition.
One area for improvement would be the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.

Front desk staff is friendly. Rooms are decent.
They just do not clean your room before 5-6pm. Breakfast is really, really miserable.

The hotel’s location is great for those working in the nearby Science Park and university residential area, with restaurants nearby. the room is clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom is spacious. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers laundry services.
The breakfast is not worth mentioning, lacking variety and quality.

Celebrating new year at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious and nicely ventilated with individual air-con systems. The hotel was located in a prime spot with great cafes, restaurants and lovely foothills just around the corner. , the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with Mr Ravi especially offering great service. We enjoyed a delicious orange juice upon arrival, and were even allowed to check-in early, making our trip hassle-free.
Their rates were slightly higher than expected for some services. , the hotel lacked some key information, which led to some disappointment on arrival.
